Shipping & Returns
The shipping of the products usually takes between 3 – 5 working days. In case of delay, please track your product location before calling to enquire. Also, not that a day or two may be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances. All products are shipped in proper packaging. Therefore, the company will not be responsible for damage that may have occurred during the shipping process as well as for any broken seal or so.
Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a specific problem with an item or we have sent the wrong colour/style/number. If any of these scenarios apply, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will gladly take full responsibility to ensure your satisfaction.
